The Wall, Rat, And Mosquito

Late at night, with eyes fixed,
The young boy stared at the monotone,
Then, the wall shuddered,
And the Rat squealed!
"MY CHEESE! MY CHEESE! MY CHEESE!"
The Wall crackled,
"Be still and be quiet, you furry insignificance!"
"My woods are weary, and you're all hairy!"
"Be quiet and be still, if not I'll splinter you to death!"
The young boy stared at the monotone,
Waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and-
"Wiiiinnngg, Wiiiiinnnnggg, Wiiiiiiiiinnnnngggg" The mosquito looped around the boy's head.
"..." The boy vibrated for a second.
"SMACK!!!"
"WIIIIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGG!!!!"
Damn, the mosquito got away.
